Lyrical Dance Dressfree Pattern

Media of Santa Pola

Who is going to tell me my last summer that I would go to see in the entry lists a half marathon? Who is going to tell me me that I would see in the list of arrivals in a half marathon? In fact, less to myself, it seems that everyone, some, like the case of large Ramón Sobrino, with clinical criteria, as the case most of my "holy" because I know (it seems that more than me same ...).

The truth is that it has been really great, I admit that I love to run, compete and prove myself even more. Yesterday half of Santa Pola, had long enjoyed as I did not, waving, hugging and trying to encourage everyone I met on the road before, during and after the race. And that to me were a bunch of friends to see, as is the case of the aforementioned Ramon, my friend Javi-Xaos Alcoy and the great Francisco Navarro, but nevertheless, last night I went to bed happy as a Twelfth Night child.

As regards the race, I went with my sister, a real crak, who completed his second half marathon, with virtually no trained, but will power capable of moving continents, my brother Manuel Guillen, a veteran of these wars, once again completed the 21 kilometers to accompany his wife for most of the travel. Another with whom he also gave the first steps and most of the past (since we met again at km 18) was David Lopez, who had just buried a few days her best friend, the young architect Frank Lopez, so I did thrilled to see him put back into flour, and finally, my fellow sufferer Santi, it never fails, although not in its best form, we were together the first 10 miles, without pressure and calmly.

Personally, I was surprised to see how as the miles went by I was finding better, especially from kilometer 13, in fact the best stretch I found myself was between 15 to 20 miles, going from less to more, she feared running out of petrol and no goal to reach, and had hardly trained at all since I came back to run, but fortunately did not and got a goal with a time 1h: 52m. although the weather was not important, the best was the feeling of returning to feel corridor.

PS: Thanks to everyone s those who have been there giving me encouragement to run again (Trapatroles, Javi-Xaos, Francisco Navarro, each and all during these months I have been following and supporting through this bolg and especially my physio Cristina, whose hands and head are priceless.) This half is for you all.
