CONTEST OF LOGO " CHILDREN'S TRAFFIC PARK CHIPIONA "
Chipiona City Council, through the Delegation Public Safety and the Department of Education, announces a contest of logo for the Children's Traffic Park, according to the following bases :
BASES
FIRST .- The contest aims to create a logo identifying the Children's Traffic Park in Chipiona all areas, while furnished and erected as the representative image of the same , to be played, with its different variations, cards, sheets, envelopes, newspapers, notice boards, banners, web, multimedia and merchandising. Could be modeled on any of the elements related to education and road safety, and in turn include some identifying element of Chipiona. SECOND .-
The contest is open exclusively to young Chipiona studying in university and training.
THIRD .- The papers presented should be both original and unpublished, therefore not have been submitted to other competitions, it should attest participants Registration Form to be attached to the papers.
FOURTH .- Each author may submit a single job, which must be accompanied by a slogan . Papers will be presented in color and format DIN A4 landscape .
FIFTH .- The works, which must be unpublished, will the deadline for their delivery days until Monday February 7, 2011 , to 14.00 hours the Professor (a) Drawing of the respective study center, accompanied by duly completed registration form ..
The deadline for submitting works

SIXTH .- The prize is an approved motorcycle helmet, and other material relating to road safety, which is given to the author of the work that is elected and declared winner by the jury.
SEVENTH .- The award may be canceled if the papers do not meet the standard required or desired image, to view all of the jury. The winner will be required to repay the award if it is found that it was not unprecedented and, therefore, completely original or raise based on race or claim authorship.
EIGHTH .- The jury will be chaired by Mayor the Hon. Ayuntamiento de Chipiona or person delegated by him, and composed, among others, technical staff in advertising and graphic design and Technical Education area of \u200b\u200bthe City of Chipiona.
NINTH .- The work that did not win the prize may be collected in full by the authors of them within two months after termination of the contest .
TENTH .- The winning entry will become property of the City of Chipiona, posthumously being automatically given the rights arising from the use and exploitation of the designs. This assignment is without limitation and the effects of the exploitation and use of design and development, in whatever medium graphics and advertising it deems appropriate, including, may assign to third parties further development and property management since the City Council lie with the design in its entirety.
The contestants are responsible fully that there are no third party rights in works presented, or any claim for royalties. Taking part in this contest presupposes the acceptance of these bases and decisions of the City of Chipiona with any questions of interpretation may arise. ELEVENTH
.-. The award ceremony will be on a date still to be agreed, and the winner agrees to attend the ceremony, for which you will be notified ahead of time enough. TWELFTH
